i made big mistake by sending manta (manta netwrok ) to mestamask wallet (erc20)
is there any chance i can recover my token
please help me team

Hey @belka223,

As @taopeng pointed out, if you sent Manta tokens from the Manta Pacific ecosystem to another address, these will be correctly received on the recipient address on the Manta Pacific side for that address.
